Welcome to LoveCard (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Services

LoveCard is a couple-interaction app that may provide:

• Daily card draw, card library, completion and like actions;
• Couple binding, chat, couple space, diary, and future letters;
• Mini-games (e.g., Truth or Dare, Draw & Guess);
• VIP subscription features.

2. Account and Security

• You must provide lawful and valid account information;
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and account activities;
• Please contact us promptly for any suspicious activity.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not use the App for unlawful or abusive conduct, including:

• Posting illegal, abusive, harassing, or fraudulent content;
• Attacking, scraping, reverse engineering, or tampering with the system;
• Infringing intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others.

We may restrict access, remove content, or suspend accounts for violations.

4. UGC and Moderation

• You are responsible for content you submit;
• The App provides reporting and support channels;
• We may review or remove content according to policy and law.

5. Subscription and Payment

• Some features require a VIP subscription; benefits are described in the App;
• Products and indicative pricing: The App offers digital goods such as a VIP monthly subscription, currently shown at approximately USD $3.99 per month in supported storefronts. Taxes, promotions, and platform pricing may change. The definitive product name, price, term, auto-renewal terms, and any free trial are those shown on the in-app purchase sheet at checkout;
• Payments are processed by platform providers (Apple/Google, etc.);
• Renewal, cancellation, and refund rules follow platform policies and in-app purchase terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App (except user-owned content) belong to us or our licensors. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer

• The App content is for entertainment and relationship interaction only, not professional advice;
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by force majeure, network failures, or third-party platform issues;
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.

8. Service Changes and Termination

We may update services, features, rules, or pricing as needed. You may stop using the App at any time and request account deletion.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes should be resolved amicably first, and if unresolved, submitted to a competent court at our location.
